Some helpful tips when ordering your cake with us

Do I have to order in advance?
Yes. Please give one week’s notice. Cakes can be ordered in less time but this time depend on availability
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Yes please. A 50% deposit is required for all cake orders. Your deposit will be required and will be determined depending on the price of the total value of your order.
ANY FORM OF CANCELLATION OR FAILURE TO COLLECT WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF DEPOSIT
Do you deliver?
No, at present all cakes need to be collected.
What do our sponges contain?
All our sponges contain dairy products i.e. eggs, butter, gluten and vegetable fats. Our sponges do not contain nuts but we cannot guarantee there are no traces of nuts.
Where should I store my cake?
You should store your cake in a dry place at room temperature until needed.
How long will my cake stay fresh?
Most of our sponges will last up to 5 days if covered correctly after cutting.
Do the cakes contain anything inedible?
Possibly, depending on your design for example there may be straws or dowels used when constructing the cake. However, anything inedible will be discussed with you upon collection.
Can I order via e-mail?
Yes, you will need to call the shop to confirm your order and pay a deposit.
Can I order a cake that is not on the website?
Yes. We are open to your thoughts and ideas and when contacting us we will determine if your vision can be created into cake.
